Industrial Combustion Associates is proud to provide reliable hydronic heating to the entire Brookdale Community College campus from the Central Utility Plant in Lincroft, NJ with a complete fabricated system consisting of QTY 8x Patterson-Kelley MACH C3000 high efficiency Cast Aluminum condensing boilers and a custom PLC based control panel.
Industrial Combustion Associates has provided routine annual preventative maintenance on this system and monitoring its performance ever since the initial installation in 2011.
Since startup, the boilers have logged nearly 330,000 combined run hours and average nearly 17-1/2 run hours per ignition – amazing! Collectively, the boilers spend 90% of the time at low fire where operating efficiency is maximized.
